GATE VISA AGREEMENT

1. SUBJECT MATTER AND SCOPE

This Agreement has been prepared by MEANDER FERIBOT ISLETMELERI ANONIM SIRKETI (“Company”) for the purpose of regulating the terms and conditions of the port visa application process conducted by the Company for the Greek islands of Lesvos, Chios, Samos, Kos, Rhodes, Kastellorizo, and other specified islands.

2. DECLARATIONS AND UNDERTAKINGS

The relevant person accepting this Agreement (“Applicant”) expressly declares and undertakes the following within the scope of the visa on arrival application:

1. That their country of birth is the Republic of Turkey and that they are a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
2. That they have not previously been refused a Schengen visa application,
3. That their passport does not contain an entry stamp for the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and that their passport is valid for at least 6 (six) months,
4. He/she is aware that the visa on arrival allows only a single entry for a maximum of 6 (six) nights and 7 (seven) days, that this visa is only valid for the relevant island and does not grant the right to travel from island to island or to the mainland,
5. He/she has been informed by the Company that visa procedures at the border upon entry into Greece may take a long time, and that he/she has read all documents sent or delivered to him/her by the Company regarding visa procedures at the border.

3. PROVISIONS REGARDING VISA ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION

1. The Applicant accepts that the Company shall not be held liable if the visa application is rejected or not approved as a result of the Greek authorities' review of the application documents.
2. The visa fee paid will not be refunded if the visa application is rejected or not approved.

4. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS AND PAYMENT OF FEES

1. The Applicant is obliged to submit the door visa application documents to the Company in full and to include the visa fee. Applications with incomplete documents will be considered invalid and will not be processed.
2. The Applicant accepts that the visa fee paid will not be refunded if they cancel their ticket or miss the ship after submitting the documents.

5. COMPANY LIABILITY

1. The Company acts solely as an intermediary in the submission of documents to the Greek authorities and the monitoring of the process.
2. The Greek authorities are directly responsible for the approval, rejection, or delay of the visa, as well as any procedures that may occur at the border crossing. The Company has no commitment or responsibility in these matters.
3. The Company is free from any liability that may arise due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading statements made by the Applicant, and any damages and penalties arising from this situation are solely the responsibility of the Applicant.

6. ENTRY INTO FORCE AND ACCEPTANCE

This Agreement shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically by the Applicant or delivered against signature. By accepting this Agreement, the Applicant hereby declares and undertakes in advance not to hold the Company liable for the matters listed above.
