INFORMATION NOTICE UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW No: 6698

MEANDER FERIBOT ISLETMELERI ANONIM SIRKETI (“Company”) would like to inform you about the methods of collecting your personal data, the purposes of processing, the legal basis, and your rights in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) for the purpose of protecting fundamental rights and freedoms.

This Privacy Notice has been prepared to explain our obligations regarding the processing of your personal data that you provide to us via the website https://meanderferibot.com or other application channels belonging to the Company, or that is obtained during your use of the site.

1. DEFINITIONS

    • To learn the purpose of processing the data and whether it is being used for its intended purpose,
    • To learn whether your personal data has been transferred to third parties within the country,
    • To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
    • Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with Article 7 of Law No. 6698,
    • Requesting that these actions be communicated to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
    • Objecting to a result that is detrimental to you as a result of the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems,
    • Requesting compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful data processing.
